Dbrand made this drop pretty unique and just like in Counter Strike, when you purchase a case hardened skin you will have a chance of getting the Blue Gem skin for that device. Here is how it works:
Much like Counter-Strike gun skins, each Case Hardened skin you buy will feature a unique pattern. That includes ultra-rare “Blue Gems” patterns that are almost entirely blue. Buy a real-life Case Hardened skin and you’ll have a 3.2% chance of getting a Blue Gem.
