Legion Go Graphics Driver V23.20.24.03 added native support for Integer scaling without the need for a registry edit.
Integer Scaling is a feature that scales low resolution on-screen images from one pixel to four pixels (or more) to deliver a crisp, pixelated look to images scaled up to fit the display.
How To Enable Integer Scaling On The Legion Go
- Make sure you’re on the latest Legion Go Graphic driver.
- Open up the AMD Radeon Software and click the Gaming tab up top.
- Click the Display tab, scroll down and Enable GPU Scaling, set the Scaling Mode to Full panel and Enable Integer Scaling.

- This enables Integer Scaling system wide on the Legion Go.
- If you just want to enable it by a game to game basis. Inside AMD Radeon Software, click the Gaming tab up top.
- Click the Games tab. Select the game you want to enable Integer Scaling for.
- On the right side panel set Scaling Mode to Full panel and Integer Scaling to Enabled. GPU Scaling has to be enabled in the Global Display options for this to work.

- The easy way to make sure you have Integer Scaling correctly enabled with a game, set your Legion Go native resolution to 800p. Launch your game, and make sure the in game resolution is 800p as well. Play your game.
